mac 執行 npm install 出現 distutils 錯誤

前言

最近因為有除錯 ios 的需求所以入手了一台 mac mini 作為開發機，但在將 window 的專案丟到 mac 執行 npm install時，直接噴了一大串錯誤

主要錯誤來自於最後的 ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'distutils'

distutils 模組

distutils 是 Python 標準庫的一部分，主要用來管理 Python 的相關模組模組。但他在 3.12 版本後被移除在預設安裝之外，所以導致了這個錯誤。

解決方法

解決方法有兩種，一種是安裝 Python 3.11 以下的版本，另一種是安裝 distutils 模組。我這邊直接選擇安裝 distutils 模組，因為這樣不用再去安裝其他版本的 Python。

pip3 install setuptools

安裝完成後再重新執行 npm install 就可以正常安裝了。
